This policy explains what personal data Influence & Impact Coaching GmbH collects when you visit our websites, opt in to a free resource, register for a workshop, or buy one of our products, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

Influence & Impact Coaching GmbH ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

This policy covers freeclientsystem.com and its subdomains, including npo.freeclientsystem.com and rapidascension.freeclientsystem.com, together with any checkout, workshop registration, or member area we operate on them.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: first name, last name, and email address when you opt in, register for a workshop, or buy.
• Phone number: only where you choose to provide one. Most of our entry-level purchases do not ask for a phone number.
• Billing details: billing name, address, and country, collected at checkout.
• Anything you send us: replies to our emails, support requests, survey answers, and messages in our community.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches our servers and we do not store it. We receive a payment confirmation, the amount, currency, the last four digits, and the card brand.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and language.
• Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, links and buttons clicked, scroll depth, and the path you take through a funnel.
• Session recordings: we record anonymised replays of site sessions, covering mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling. Keystrokes in form fields are masked, so we do not capture what you type into inputs.
• Referral and campaign data: the page that referred you, campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), and advertising click identifiers such as Meta's fbclid.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and comparable local storage to run the site, to remember where a visitor came from, and to measure whether our advertising works.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break checkout and login.

4. Advertising measurement, including data we send to Meta

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and Messenger). To measure which ads produce sales, we use both the Meta pixel in your browser and Meta's Conversions API, which sends event data from our servers directly to Meta.

When you take an action we measure, such as viewing a key page, submitting a form, or completing a purchase, we may send Meta:

• your email address and name, hashed before sending so Meta receives an irreversible fingerprint rather than the plain value;
• your IP address and browser user agent;
• the Meta browser and click identifiers (_fbp, _fbc);
• the event itself, its value, and the currency.

Meta uses this to attribute conversions to ads, to measure campaign performance, and to build audiences. Meta acts as an independent controller for some of this processing. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

Our server-side measurement is operated on our behalf by True Metriks, a service run by Game Dev Pro LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. 6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes below.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims, or to a buyer in connection with a sale of our business.

7. International transfers

Some of the providers above are located in the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the Swiss addendum to those clauses, or an adequacy decision covering the recipient, together with additional safeguards where appropriate. You can request a copy of the safeguards we rely on by writing to us.

8. How long we keep data

• Customer and order records: ten years from the transaction, to meet Swiss accounting and tax retention requirements.
• Marketing contacts who never purchased: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete, and in any case we review inactive records after three years.
• Session recordings and analytics: up to twelve months.
• Advertising measurement data: retained by Meta according to their own retention policy, which we do not control.

9. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to how we process it, including objecting to direct marketing at any time;
• receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or, if you are in the European Economic Area, to your local supervisory authority.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our sites, restrict access to customer records to people who need it, and rely on established providers for payment processing and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our products are sold to adults running or building a business. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products or providers change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated by email where we hold a valid address for you.
